Loving-Kindness Meditation
A practice where you mentally send wishes of wellness and peace to yourself, loved ones, neutral people, difficult people, and all beings.

How It Works
Sit comfortably. Silently repeat: 'May I be peaceful. May I be happy. May I be healthy. May I be free from suffering.' Feel the warm wishes in your heart. Then extend these same wishes to someone you love, a neutral person, someone difficult, and eventually all beings.
Why It Matters
This practice literally softens your heart. It increases compassion, reduces anger and resentment, and builds your capacity for forgiveness—both of others and yourself. It's one of the most powerful healing practices for emotional wounds.
