Body Scan Meditation
Systematically moving your attention through each part of your body from head to toe, noticing sensations without judgment or need to change anything.

How It Works
Lie comfortably. Start at the top of your head. Slowly move your awareness downward—scalp, forehead, eyes, jaw, throat, shoulders, arms, chest, belly, hips, legs, feet. Notice what you feel without trying to change anything. Tightness? Warmth? Tingling? Just observe.
Why It Matters
Many of us are disconnected from our bodies—stuck in our heads, lost in thoughts. This practice brings awareness back to the body, releases stored tension and emotions, and helps you process feelings that are held as physical sensations.
What to Expect
- Release of physical tension
- Greater body awareness
- Emotional processing
- Improved sleep quality
- Sense of wholeness
- Less dissociation
