    Quiet Canvas & Sound

Paint what you feel. Let sound carry what remains.

    Friday, 1st August 2026 · 6:00 PM IST6 of 6 seats remaining
    Is This For You?

You don't need to know what you're feeling.
You just need to show up.

Some things live in the chest, behind the eyes — somewhere between what happened and what you haven't been able to say yet. This circle was created for exactly that.

Something has been sitting heavy and you can't explain it
You've been holding it together for too long
You've tried talking about it — and words aren't enough
You're curious what happens when you stop thinking and just paint
You believe healing doesn't always look like a conversation
You're ready to give yourself 2 hours of genuine presence
    What Happens

    The arc of the evening.

    Step 1 · 10 mins

    Opening & Grounding

Poonam opens the circle with a simple prompt — an invitation to notice what's present. No performance. No introduction of your story. Just arriving.

    Step 2 · 70 mins

    Intuitive Painting

Paint and canvas take over. Poonam holds space without directing, witnesses without interpreting. There is no right way to hold the brush. No judgment about what ends up on the canvas. Whatever surfaces is yours.

    Step 3 · 10 mins

    Transition & Sound Begins

A natural pause. Brushes down. The room breathes. The sound healing begins to fill the space.

    Step 4 · 30 mins

    Sound Healing Bath

Lie down or sit comfortably. Let the frequencies move through you. Sound reaches what words and paint cannot. This is where the body finally lets go.

No art experience needed. No technique to learn. All materials provided. What there is: a prompt, paint, sound — and the kind of unhurried presence that allows something stuck to finally move.

    Poonam KS

Expressive Art Facilitator · Amaya ArtBeat

Poonam built her practice for the feelings that don't have words. A self-taught artist and expressive art facilitator based in Bangalore, she works under Amaya ArtBeat — a Sanskrit-Japanese word meaning limitless and night rain.

Her sessions are not art classes. She holds space without directing, witnesses without interpreting — because she knows that a seeker's journey rarely travels in a straight line.

Exhibited at Chithra Santhe. Shown at Sublime Galleria and ASDC Gallery. A painting sold to a collector in Texas.

    Questions

    Everything you need to know.

None at all. This is not an art class. There is no technique to learn, no right way to hold a brush, and no judgment about what ends up on the canvas. You only need willingness.

Yes. What happens in the circle stays in the circle. This is a held, private space.

Nothing. All art materials are provided. Wear something comfortable that you don't mind getting paint on.

Full refund up to 48 hours before the session. Reach out to us at bookings@therapovo.in

Yes — but not the same one twice. Each circle has its own theme, its own energy. This one is the first.

The venue will be confirmed and shared via email and WhatsApp at least 5 days before the event.

6 people. One evening. Something shifts.

This is Therapovo's first in-person Healing Circle. There will not be another one exactly like it.
